A Cypriot woman aged 49 years 54 days gave birth by Caesarean
section to a baby girl 2850 g 101 oz in October 1990.
The fertilized egg had been implanted in the patient's womb
under the supervision of Dr Krinos Trokoudes, Director of the
Pedieos I.V.F. Center in Nicosia, Cyprus.
